The first exhibition of photographs by the members of St. Mary's Friday Camera Soiree took place in May 2013 and consisted of 20 photographs. Last Sunday, 3rd November, the members of the group mounted their 7th exhibition in the Parish Centre which consisted of almost 50 photographs.

In recent weeks the members of the group have been working hard selecting, processing and arranging for the printing of their photographs. A huge team effort went into preparing this exhibition and the group was very appreciative of the large numbers of people who turned up to view it. This large attendance made their efforts worthwhile.

If you missed the exhibition a selection of the photographs will be on display in Lucan Library during the month of December.

The Friday Camera Soiree meets in the bungalow in the Parish centre every Friday morning at 10.30 and is open to anybody with an interest in photography who possesses a camera and wants to improve their skills.
