VincentxmasChristmas is a joyful, peaceful time for most people but it is also a stressful time and more so for those who struggle day by day. We at St. Vincent de Paul are well aware of this stress. As the season approaches, we receive many additional requests for help to make Christmas a happy time for families.

Because of your generous support throughout the year, we are able to respond to these requests and to help to ease that burden for many families in our area.

During 2019, we have helped families with food vouchers. On top of these everyday demands, there are school expenses, first communions, confirmations, illness, job loss, even bereavement. Each case is assessed individually and we help as best we can. Our visits are an opportunity to talk to these people and share their worries.

This year, our Christmas appeal takes place at all Masses next weekend, 7th/8th of December.
We know that each of you has your own demands, and we really appreciate your generosity.
Your donations allow us to look after others less fortunate.

We wish you and your families God's blessings, peace and good health this Christmas and always.
